Party Room Rental

About This Arrangement

Birthdays, baby and bridal showers, anniversaries, and even micro weddings, The Enchanted Tea Room at Patti's Party World is a customizable room for all your gatherings. Seating about 40 people comfortably, the room has enough space for round or rectangle tables, gift tables, buffet tables, and more. The rental fee is $400 for 3.5 hours, this includes time to set up and clean up. Additional hours are $100 each. Rental fee includes the use of basic tables and chairs and trash removal. The deposit for this rental is $250. The balance is due 30 days prior to the event and an invoice will be sent to you at that time. If your event is less than 30 days away, we will send your final invoice once we confirm your event. There are no refunds for any payment, however you may change your date to another available date as long as both apply: 1) your event is more than 30 days away and 2) the date you would like to move the event to is within 6 months.
